Project Overview

Gill Landscapes delivered the outdoor works for a newly constructed secondary school, developed as a merger of two existing schools and built on an entirely new site. Delivered as part of a joint Design and Build package with Southbase Ltd and CPB Contractors, the project required coordinated delivery across a broad and highly detailed scope.

The team installed custom multipurpose furniture, long-life Saligna slat fencing, and chainlink fencing to secure the new courts, alongside the wider landscape construction requirements of a modern school environment. Strict programme requirements and a tight commercial budget shaped the delivery approach, demanding efficiency and adaptability throughout.

Despite these constraints, the project was completed to a high standard, on time and within budget. The result is a functional, durable, and well-finished outdoor environment supporting the needs of the new secondary school community.
