Holmwood Retreat transforms an urban site into a serene and contemporary outdoor sanctuary. Anchored by a majestic Camperdown Elm, the landscaping was designed to highlight natural beauty while providing versatile spaces for family life and entertaining. Multiple sunny seating areas, a pool, spa, and outdoor fireplace were carefully positioned to maximise sunlight and offer inviting zones for relaxation, play, and gatherings throughout the day.
The design balances luxury and low-maintenance functionality. Sandblasted concrete pavements, porcelain paving, timber fencing, and decorative chip pathways blend seamlessly with the architecture, while carefully selected plantings and garden beds provide seasonal interest and lush greenery. Bespoke elements, including double-leaf sliding steel gates, frameless glass fencing, cedar detailing, and automated irrigation, ensure the landscape is as practical as it is elegant.
Every detail was executed with precision, from the pool and spa integration to the matching cladding on gates and outdoor structures, demonstrating meticulous craftsmanship and attention to the client’s high expectations. The result is a cohesive, contemporary retreat where family life, entertaining, and relaxation coexist.
