- Lettering: Black steel, laser cut lettering created the sign for this subdivision.
- Walls: Honed block walls and black steel panels framed this subdivision.
Challenges
Rabbits: In order to maintain the soft landscaping and allow our planting to grow we had to find a natural, organic rabbit deterrent. As the land developed the rabbits decreased and our soft landscaping could flourish.
Successes
- The striking entry to this subdivision.
- Gill Landscapes is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and landscaping of the project.
