Project Overview

Gill Landscapes completed the full landscape and hardscape package for Laing Properties Ltd, supporting the redevelopment of a multi-unit residential site in central Christchurch.

Our team reshaped the site to new formation levels, installed threshold drainage, and constructed a rangeof concrete treatments including exposed aggregate, coloured concrete, mowstrips, and new kerb and channel. Masonry block walls, asphalt surfacing, aluminium security fencing, timber fencing, and feature structures such as the letterbox bank were all built to a detailed architectural standard.

Soft landscaping completed the project with new lawns, specimen trees, and garden planting, all supported by soil conditioning and maintenance. This project created a refined and highly functional urban environment that integrates durable hard landscaping with well-structured planting across the development.
